Introduction to Cardiovascular Examination teaches students the anatomy and physiology of the heart, normal and abnormal heart sounds, and how to auscultate the heart. This program makes extensive use of high quality video animation of the heart to explain its physiology and to present a visual explanation for normal and abnormal heart sounds. This program offers learners the unique opportunity to view a practitioner auscultating a patient's chest, hear the actual heart sounds and view dynamic images of a variety of cardiovascular conditions.
